Frequently asked questions
Do you need to enter GPS coordinates?
No. The postcode or town on the record is enough.
Is the position precise?
No, deliberately: the person is placed at the centre of their postcode or town, never at their address. The distance shown is as the crow flies.
Does the map cover overseas territories and other countries?
The map shows mainland France; a person located elsewhere appears in the list marked “outside mainland France”.
