Your decision rules, applied to every ballot

01

You set the rule

Type of majority, share of votes “for” required, quorum, weight of abstentions, and the steps a file cannot pass without a favourable vote.

02

One vote each

Each authorised account has one vote, which it can comment on and change while voting is open.

03

A decision that holds

The thresholds are fixed when the ballot opens. On closing, the shelter’s rule decides, unless the manager gives a reasoned decision, and everything is recorded.

In detail

Three rules
Simple majority, qualified majority (share of votes “for” to be set), unanimity.
Steps concerned
Advisory vote, at every step, or only at the steps you tick.
Named ballots
Each vote is shown with the voter’s name and comment.
Closing
Apply the shelter’s rule, or approve or refuse the file, with an optional reason.
Quorum not met
Without the required number of voters, the ballot cannot be closed under the rule.
Previous rounds
A vote can be run again; past rounds remain visible.
