Animals
When your animals are first catalogued by a partner rescue, Calidis fetches their records and keeps them up to date, photos included.
120 records read: 2 created, 5 updated.
Paste the access token and the address supplied by the rescue, test the connection, run the first import. The message tells you how many records were read, created and updated.
Kennel, identification, behaviour note, diet and instructions, medical follow-up, weigh-ins, documents and adoption files remain the ones you enter: the import leaves them alone.
A record withdrawn from the source catalogue is flagged on the animal, with the date. Nothing is deleted: it is for the shelter to decide.
Each rescue is connected through a dedicated connector. If your partner makes its records available through an API, let’s talk.
The current connector brings in the dog records from the partner catalogue.
In one click, from the shelter’s settings. “Re-import everything” reads the whole catalogue again and spots withdrawn records. The import can also be scheduled.
30 days to enter your animals, invite your team and see whether the tool suits you. No card details needed.
