“Send an email” opens the message: you choose a template or write freely, and tick the documents to attach. The recipient sees your shelter’s name and replies to you directly.

The record lists the latest emails sent, with their subject, date and attachments, and a warning if sending failed.

Frequently asked questions
Which address are emails sent from?
They are sent from the platform, under your shelter’s name. Replies arrive at the address you gave in your settings.
Is there a size limit?
Each uploaded document can be up to 12 MB, and a message can carry up to 15 MB of attachments.
Can you write to several people at once?
No: emails are sent to one person at a time, from their record.
