Adoptions handled remotely
The file moves forward step by step, along the process you have defined. The certificate of commitment and the contract are signed online, through a personal link sent to the adopter.
Donations tracked through to the receipt
Each donation is linked to the donor’s record. The tax receipt comes out as a PDF, numbered with no gaps, and goes out by email. HelloAsso payments are imported.

Frequently asked questions
We have no kennels at all: do we still have to describe our housing?
No. Creating sections and kennels is not compulsory: an animal can exist without a unit, and an animal placed in a foster home is linked to that foster home.
Where do our animals for adoption appear?
On a public page in the rescue’s name, kept up to date from each animal’s status, with your introduction and your contact details.
Can we bring in our existing contacts?
Ohme contacts are brought into the directory and HelloAsso payments are imported as donations. For another tool, an integration can be looked into on request.
