Accurate receipts, donations that are easy to find
Numbering with no gaps
Receipts are numbered in sequence, per year. An issued receipt locks the donation; a cancelled receipt keeps its reason, and its number is never reused.

Search by donor, amount or receipt number, filters by type, receipt status, period and payment method; the selection exports to CSV.

Frequently asked questions
Are HelloAsso donations brought in?
Yes. Payments received on HelloAsso are imported and linked to the donors’ records, with no duplicates.
Can a donation be changed after the receipt is issued?
The information certified by the receipt can no longer be changed. If there is a mistake, the receipt is cancelled with its reason and you issue a new one.
What language are receipts in?
In French, with the wording of the Cerfa no. 11580 form.
