Tick or untick each permission for each role: view donations, edit a record, vote on an adoption file. Everyone sees only their own pages in the menu.
Exceptions without creating a role
Grant or remove a permission for one particular account; the account’s page shows what is “on top of the role” or “removed”.

Can an administrator remove their own permissions?
No. No one can change their own permissions, and the administrator always keeps control of accounts and settings.
What happens to an account whose role is deleted?
It becomes a volunteer account: it keeps its access, with that role’s permissions.
Can an account have a permission its role does not have?
Yes. A permission can be granted or removed account by account, without touching the role.
