Frequently asked questions
Can volunteers see the rota?
Yes, as soon as they have an account: by default, a volunteer can view every page, including the rota.
Do volunteers sign up for shifts themselves?
Not for the moment: shifts are set by the people in charge of the rota, including “unfilled” shifts, which are assigned afterwards.
Can you get the volunteer charter signed?
Yes, online: the person receives a link, signs on their phone, and their record shows the date of signing.
