Know where each animal is, and what is still free

01

Your sections, your kennels

Create a section and all its numbered units in one go, and rename them as the shelter changes. Each section has its own tab, with its occupancy.

02

Move an animal in one step

Drag an animal onto a unit, even from one section to another. On a phone, tap the animal to place, then its unit.

03

Spaces freed without a thought

Adoption, a move to a foster home, an animal placed with another organisation: as soon as it leaves the shelter, its kennel is free again and the capacity is updated.

In detail

Kennels or pens
Each unit has its type (kennel, pen or enclosure), its number of spaces and a note.
Section created in one go
Name, number of units, spaces per unit, prefix: “K-1, K-2…” are created all at once.
Animals to place
A panel lists those without a unit, with a search and a species filter.
Unit full
A full kennel refuses one more occupant, and says why.
View on a date
The shelter’s occupancy on the evening of a given day, with that day’s movements.
Occupant history
For each unit: who stayed there, from when to when, and who placed them there.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to the kennel of an animal that has gone to a foster home?

It is freed. The animal is still tracked by the shelter and offered for adoption, but it no longer takes up a space on your premises.

Can several animals share a kennel?

Yes. Each unit has a number of spaces, and an animal’s record shows its kennel mates.

Can you track the shelter’s total capacity?

Yes. Occupied spaces, free spaces and animals to place are shown at the top of the page, and the occupancy rate stays visible in the menu.
